Returns Policy

• We cannot re-direct orders once dispatched, so please make sure to check the address provided before confirming your order.
• We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.
• We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.
• Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be liable to pay for re-delivery.
• We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are here to help you and will make returns as easy and efficient as possible
We have a 14-day returns policy from the date received and a few rules and regulations;

Items must be sent back in the same condition in which you received
• All tags must still be attached
• No Makeup / Tan marks
• Hygiene strip still in place
• Unworn / Unwashed

Please note, we have the right to refuse your refund if items are not returned back in the same condition originally sent to you

To complete your returns please:
1. fill in the form bellow. You will receive an email within 48 hours.
2. We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel.
3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition.
4. Pack your items including returns form.
5. Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
6. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. We aim to refund within 21 days from the date we receive, to the same account used to purchase.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I’VE BEEN REFUNDED?
You will receive a follow-up email after the transaction has been processed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We aim to refund you within 21 working days to the same account used to purchase from the date we receive.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS WRONG OR FAULTY?
In the very unlikely event of this error. If the item is not the style/colour/size you ordered please contact us within 7 days at returns@zenciswim.com so we can resolve this for you at no additional charge. If the item is deemed faulty, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 10 working days to be returned to us, we will send you a confirmation email that we have received the item(s) and are processing the refund.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOUR?
Please send us an email to returns@zenciswim.com listing the items you would wish to exchange. Depending on stock we will do our best to exchange. Once we get back to you follow the steps on the returns form.
